The possibilities are endless if you want to construct a self build SIPs garden room with our flat pack kits. Many of our clients design a room to build using our SIPS panels and, with our input, they create some very special buildings.
Our flat pack garden rooms make a self build garden room pretty straightforward. We sell a range of sizes and specifications. These range from a basic shell in many sizes where you can choose your own cladding to finish the room. Other options include a full kit with everything you need for a complete garden building.
Flat Pack Garden Room Configurations
We have three types of flat pack garden room kits available. This means you have a choice of how little or much they want their kit to contain.
Complete Garden Room Flat Pack Kit
Our complete garden room kit contains all the elements to create a finished room in one installation package. We supply this in pre-manufactured and pre-finished, closed timber frame panels and SIP floor panels. The complete kit offers a unique and easy to assembly solution.

This is a 5x4m DIY Studio Shell Kit Garden Room built by our customer in Plymouth, Devon. They sourced their own cladding and glazing, for this garden room.
Sleepover Garden Building
Here is a 4 x 2.5m flat pack garden room completed by our customers in the North West. This is currently being used as a party/sleepover room for teenagers, which will then be converted to a workshop once they have left home.
DIY Garden Room Kit Bristol
One of our self-build garden rooms that a customer in Bristol has purchased for sitting and enjoying the views. They made it using a 4 x 3m Studio Shell External Kit. They also purchased their own cladding for the 2 sides on show.

A self-build garden room kit completed by our customer in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. They opted for a 5 x 3m Studio Shell and External Kit finished with Thermowood Cladding.
Swindon, Wiltshire
Padel4all in Swindon, Wiltshire have completed their 4×3.5m Studio room. They clad this building in a combination of Cedar to the front and Redwood to the sides and rear.

This customer in East London purchased a 3 x 2.5m Studio Shell DIY Garden Room Kit from us. They also sourced their own cladding and glazing to complete the construction.
A Flat Pack Garden Room Used As a Home Gym
This is a 3.5 x 3.5m flat-pack Shell & External garden room kit that a customer in Dover, Kent built. They finished this model with Redwood Cladding. Their new building is being used as a home gym.
