Position: Foreman -SIPs and Timber Frame Installation Crew

Hours: Full Time: approximately 50 hours per week, with some overnight stays

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Gloucestershire GL19 3QS

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Foreman/Carpenter to run a small team of fitters installing garden rooms throughout the country.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and proactive and keen to work in a busy team in an expanding, forward-thinking company.

Position: Design Technician Revit and AutoCAD -Modular SIPs Buildings

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Location: Gloucestershire GL19 3QS

Job description: We are looking for a highly proficient CAD Designer with strong technical knowledge and at least 3 years’ experience, to produce client sign-off drawings, production drawings, automated material take-offs and cutting lists.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, proactive and ready for a key role in an expanding company that offers opportunities for progression and training. The drawing office is currently operating with Revit and AutoCAD, therefore knowledge of these programs would be advantageous, but we will also consider moving to other programs for the ideal candidate.

Essential skills for the role:

  • Ability to adhere to standard details and working practices
  • Desire to improve and develop existing systems
  • Ability to work to contract details
  • Experienced in working effectively to deadlines.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Highly skilled within preferred CAD program
  • Willingness to learn our construction systems

The successful candidate will be ambitious, with a desire to progress in a forward-thinking company and develop skills as the business expands.

Ideal applicants will have an awareness of general construction, planning process and building regulations, but in-house training will be provided for these aspects. Position: SIPs and Timber Frame Production Operative

Hours: Full Time: Monday to Friday 8:00am –4:30 pm

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Gloucestershire GL19 3QS

Job Description: We are recruiting for a Production Operative at our manufacturing facility in Gloucestershire, who will have responsibility for assembling materials on working benches to form wall, roof and floor panels accurately to the structural drawings provided.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, proactive and ready for a key role in an expanding company that offers opportunities for progression and training.

Essential skills for the role:

  • Ability to operate a variety of handheld power tools and static machines
  • Competent in the safe manual handling of materials
  • Ability to work to construction drawings and accurate measurements
  • Possess excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in working effectively to deadlines
  • Capable of adhering strictly to health and safety measures

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of joinery, carpentry or multi-trade experience.

As part of this important role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake general housekeeping duties to a high standard, alongside maintenance inspections, reporting faults to the Workshop Supervisor and carrying out quality control checks.
