This stylish, light-filled garden room is a hybrid kit: part structural insulated panels, part hybrid structural insulated panels, designed to meet lower budgets while maintaining the high quality we offer across all of our flat pack garden room kits.

A hybrid SIP has an MDF internal sheathing, leaving a finished surface ready for decorating.This complete garden room kit is pre-clad, with pre-cut boards to finish off the joins once erected.

Full height glazing allows plenty of natural light in, making this garden room perfect as a home office, study area or hobby room or a multi-use room for all of the family.

Designed to be one of the easiest garden room kits to install on the market today in the DIY garden room sector, this garden room can be built onto ground screws or a concrete base.

Part SIPs and Hybrid SIPs

Designed for ease of installation and comfort once constructed, this complete garden room kit is available in a range of set sizes.

Supplied as a pre-manufactured complete kit, it includes a full set of instructions and drawings, making it straightforward for a competent DIYer or builder to assemble on site.

This garden room kit is available in standard sizes only. Colour of cladding shown for illustration purposes only. Hybrid DIY Garden Room Kit is supplied in Redwood as standard, which can be painted by you in a colour of your choice. The Redwood cladding will require regular staining to keep it maintained.

Really, really pleased with it

Really pleased with it all and enjoy sitting and taking in the view, glass of wine in hand of course! We did new decking immediately outside of it, in order to open the bi fold doors fully as an extension to the room. All in all, really, really pleased with it.
