Insulated Self-Build Garden Rooms are available are in three different kits, seven models and a range of sizes that will enhance any home and garden, while adding multi-functional space and value.

All DIY Garden Room Kits are supplied as a pre-manufactured SIPs kit, with a full set of instructions and drawings, and designed to be straightforward for a competent DIY’er or builder to assemble on site.

The Shell Kit provides the insulated structure for your garden room, ready to finish internally and externally to the specification required, offering the self-builder the ultimate flexibility in the garden room’s finish and function.

Shell and External Kit

The Shell and External Kit provides the insulated structure and external finishes for your garden room. The internal finishes can then be selected and purchased from your preferred supplier and completed by the self-builder.

Essential Complete Kit

The Essential Complete Kit has been designed to meet lower budgets while maintaining the high quality we offer across all of our flat pack garden room kits. Designed for ease of installation and comfort once constructed, the Essential Complete Kit has pre-finished internal and external walls. Cladding of your choice is pre-fitted to rails, ready to screw into place, and the windows and doors are pre-fitted to the frames, leaving just the glass to fit. Internal walls and ceiling have a smart MDF finish, ready for painting, with a choice of laminate flooring or carpet tiles for the floor. The Essential Complete Kit is available in the Metro and Solo.

Executive Pod DIY Garden Room Kit

The Executive Pod combines style and space to create a stunning DIY garden room that offers maximum natural light and versatility. This statement room will enhance any garden and is ideal for use as a home office, gym, hobby room, guest room or leisure space.

Diplomat DIY Garden Room Kit

The Diplomat DIY garden room brings a stylish, glazed corner design to enjoy dual aspects from the inside to the outside. The roof and deck frame follow the glazing around the corner, giving an attractive look to this room to match the front design.

Glevum DIY Garden Room Kit

The Glevum features an eye-catching apex roof with a maximum exterior height of 3 metres. This allows more internal room, while still achieving height requirements for permitted development if 2 metres from boundaries.

Witcombe DIY Garden Room Kit

The second of our apex designed DIY garden rooms, this striking design offers great variety in its potential uses while meeting height requirements for permitted development if 2 metres from boundaries.

This eye-catching budget garden room is available in our Essential Range as a Complete Kit, featuring a high level of insulation and large glazed panels that fill the room with natural light.

Our kits are designed to maximise efficiency, with rooms that are up to five times stronger than timber frame, sustainable, quick and straightforward to install, making a SIPs build a more labour efficient, and therefore more cost effective, solution.

We pre-cut our SIPs to size in factory conditions so that they can be installed quickly.

The home workshop is great, more than I imagined.

The prior information, drawings and links to instructional videos were a great help, and prepared us for the task ahead . The thermowood cladding was great to work with on two sides and the box profile cladding was straight forward. The roof was just as the instructional video and went on well.

Really, really pleased with it

Really pleased with it all and enjoy sitting and taking in the view, glass of wine in hand of course! We did new decking immediately outside of it, in order to open the bi fold doors fully as an extension to the room. All in all, really, really pleased with it.
