Our DIY, Self-Build Garden Rooms are available are in two different kits, six models and a range of sizes. Our rooms are designed to enhance any home and garden, while adding multi-functional space and value.
We supply all of our DIY Garden Rooms as a pre-manufactured SIPs kit, with a full set of instructions and drawings. We designed them to be quick and simple for a competent DIY’er or builder to assemble on site.
Our range of one and two bedroom granny annexe kits have been designed to offer habitable space for family members, that’s as stylish on the outside as it is on the inside.
Our SIPs granny annexes are built using our pre-manufactured SIPs system; an innovative method of construction that delivers sustainable, time-efficient and cost-effective builds.
We also supply a range of DIY Pod Kits, which are ideal for areas that are less accessible. These have been designed to be constructed by a builder or competent DIY’er. We build each of our DIY Pods to order and specification and are ideal for Activity Centres, Glamping Sites, Hospitality Businesses and Educational Organisations.
Future Sips also sell a range of strong, Insulated Home Workshops and workrooms. These are perfect for a Variety of Practical and Creative Uses and are ideal for home-based businesses. All of our self-build workshops are unlike other workshops; they are not large sheds, but are robust, quality workshops. We designed them to be built to last, with strength and durability built into the walls, floor, and roof. All of our garden workshop models are insulated, so that you have a workshop that is suitable for year-round use.
