Garden Room Kit
The Glevum garden room is a striking model in our range, featuring an apex roof with a maximum exterior height of 3 metres. This allows more internal room while still achieving height requirements for permitted development if the room is located 2 metres from boundaries.
With glazing offset to one corner, this self-build room is efficient in the use of space, offering a versatile and stylish insulated garden room for year-round use.
Our shell and external and complete kits offer you a choice of external cladding from either Thermowood, British Cedar, Western Red Cedar or composite. Prices are shown for each option on our models' pages and assume all four walls of the building are clad in one timber type.
You can choose whether all sides of your room are clad in the same timber; where external walls are not visible, you may prefer to opt for a less expensive timber, and we can provide a price change for this on request.

We offer upgrades and extras if you wish to customise your installed garden room or garden room kit.
We can offer bespoke sizes in the entire Premier range. Our Classic range is only available in the sizes shown.
In both the Premier and Classic ranges, the cladding can be changed from side to side, e.g., 2 sides Cedar and 2 sides Thermowood.
Additional windows and doors can be added to all Premier models, and glazing can be upgraded to aluminium and/or bi-fold doors if desired.
Installed rooms can also have rebated electrical sockets and spotlights as an upgrade.
Additional costs will be quoted accordingly.
