Our DIY, Self-Build Garden Rooms are available are in two different kits, six models and a range of sizes. Our rooms are designed to enhance any home and garden, while adding multi-functional space and value.
We supply all of our DIY Garden Room Kits as a pre-manufactured SIPs kit, with a full set of instructions and drawings. We designed them to be quick and simple for a competent DIY’er or builder to assemble on site.

Structural insulated panels (SIPs) are a modern and efficient method of construction, utilising off-site manufacture, and suitable for a variety of uses, ranging from small ancillary buildings through to residential, commercial, leisure and public sector building projects. All of our SIPs panels are fabricated to exacting standards, using the highest quality closed cell EPS insulation and FSC certified and structurally graded orientated strand board. We can supply SIPs for all sorts of construction projects throughout Yorkshire.
We can deliver our DIY garden rooms, pods, workshops, garages, stables and house extension kits to you anywhere in Yorkshire. This includes delivery to York, Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield and the rest of Yorkshire. We can confirm delivery charges and timescales at the time of ordering, also we offer a collection service.
