Volumetric building is a construction method where whole three-dimensional modules are manufactured in a factory and then delivered to your site for rapid assembly. In our Worcestershire factory, we build each module using SIPs (structural insulated panels), forming the walls, floor, and roof in a controlled environment for consistent quality and insulation performance. Once complete, the finished units are transported and connected on-site to create a durable, energy-efficient building in far less time than traditional builds.
Using SIPs technology to create precision-built modules in our factory, delivering efficient construction for a range of commercial uses.
Our modules have structural integrity, and this method of construction can reduce on-site time by as much as 50% on larger projects where multiple and/or repetitive units are required.
